Establish Service with Columbiana Water
Property Owner:
- Application for new water service
- Copy of picture ID
- Warranty deed or copy of current tax document
- $100.00 water deposit
- If you are inside Columbiana City limits a Sewer/Garbage application and $100.00 additional deposit for the City services.
Rental/Lease:
- Application for new water service
- Copy of picture ID
- Rental/Lease agreement – signed copy by all parties
- $250.00 water deposit
- If you are inside Columbiana City limits a Sewer/Garbage application and $100.00 additional deposit for the City services.
**All documentation can be dropped off at the office, night drop or emailed to lmccall@columbiana-water.com (all lower case). All email documentation needs to be sent in PDF format.
**If documents are signed outside of Columbiana Water Board office a notary acknowledgment form must accompany the signature. **
**If the service is going into a business name, paperwork must be provided for that business. **
Deposits can be paid in Cash, Check or debit/credit card. All card payments will be charged a fee of 2.95%. Card payments cannot be accepted at 3:30pm
